Deadly floods: A glimpse of Europe's future?

Europe has seen devastating floods this Autumn, leading to more than 20 deaths and causing millions of pounds of damage. Scientists have examined whether the rise in extreme weather events can be directly attributed to climate change, and rising global temperatures. The BBC's Climate and Environment researcher Mark Poynting has studied the report's findings.
