After more than 73 hours of deliberations the jury is discharged by the judge at the Old Bailey in London because they have been unable to reach verdicts in the trial of Constance Marten and Mark Gordon. The couple are charged with causing the death of their baby, Victoria, after her body was found in a shed on an allotment near Brighton in March 2023. So with the jury discharged - what happens next?
