Nottingham Playhouse worker takes on extreme fundraising challenge

Following the news of Nottingham City Council's cuts to the arts and cultural sector, Jenny Gray was concerned about the impact they'd have on her workplace, Nottingham Playhouse. Now, she's teamed up with 37 of her colleagues to take part in a skydive to raise money for the venue, so it can continue to deliver its flagship youth outreach programme, Shine. Shine provides free weekly theatre in over 12 locations across Nottinghamshire, including Aspley, Mansfield, Sherwood, Bilborough, Portland, Sneinton and even Queen's Medical Centre.
