Exploring why Manchester's Co-op Live has cancelled a third major gig after US singer Olivia Rodrigo's UK tour was called off. The arena was due to be opened by comedian Peter Kay last week, his shows have been postponed twice, and an event headlined by US rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie was cancelled.
