The judge finishes his summary of the trial and the jury retire to consider its verdict at the Old Bailey. In this episode, we learn how the jury will go about their deliberations and the complexity and seriousness of the charges that Constance Marten and Mark Gordon face. The couple deny causing their baby Victoria's death after her body was found in a supermarket shopping bag, in a shed on an allotment near Brighton in March 2023.
