Fighting for justice for her brother is all Janine Jones has known for the past 21 years. Her sibling, Marc Payton, was infected with HIV and hepatitis C as a child in the 1970s after being treated with infected blood products. He died aged 41 in 2003 and a final report into the infected blood scandal is due to be published on 20 May.
