On Constance Marten's final day of giving evidence she explained to the jury how she and her partner Mark Gordon told each other to lie to police after baby Victoria died. Ms Marten, from Dorset, and Mr Gordon, from London, are charged with causing the death of their newborn child after a baby’s body was found in a shed on an allotment near Brighton in March 2023.
