Richard Shaw doesn't know if the ashes at his home are those of his wife Rita. She died last October after a short illness and Richard paid Legacy Independent Funeral Services for a direct cremation service. Officers from Humberside Police are investigating the company and have removed 35 bodies and some ashes from its site on Hessle Road
