Available for over a year

Join us at the Old Bailey to follow the trial of Constance Marten, from Dorset, and Mark Gordon, from London, who are charged with causing the death of their newborn child after a body was found in a shed on an allotment near Brighton in March 2023. Both Ms Marten and Mr Gordon deny the charges against them. In this episode, Ms Marten remains under cross-examination, where she told the jury that baby Victoria was not "dumped" in a supermarket bag. We also learn more about the couple's plan to travel abroad. Plus, we go behind the scenes with our latest special guest, court artist Julia Quenzler. Presenter and Producer: Luke de Costa Writer and Reporter: Jo Palmer Graphics: Ed Houghton Executive Producer: Peter Cooke
