Join us at the Old Bailey to follow the trial of Constance Marten, from Dorset, and Mark Gordon, from London, who are charged with causing the death of their new-born child after a body was found in a shed on an allotment near Brighton in March 2023 – both Ms Marten and Mr Gordon deny the charges against them. In this episode, Constance Marten takes to the witness box for the first time.
