Remembering Worcester's Henry Sandon

Available for over a year

Hear from the man himself, in his own words, courtesy of an interview recorded at the hall bearing his name, with the Worcester Talking Newspaper. Kate Justice introduces the recording with Henry Sandon, pottery and antiques legend, featuring questions from Worcester Talking Newspaper interviewer John Plush. Henry Sandon was 95 when he passed away at a care home in Malvern on Christmas Day. Appointed curator of the Dyson Perrins Museum at the Royal Worcester factory in 1967, Sandon joined BBC One's Antiques Roadshow in 1979.
