Sinalo Jafta: "Guys, it feels like I’m in a hole and I just can’t get out"

Stumped

Available for over a year

South Africa wicketkeeper Sinalo Jafta discusses her time in treatment and recovery from alcohol addiction. Jafta considered walking away from cricket and began addiction treatment just four months before the T20 World Cup. When she was discharged from rehab in December 2022, she was ready for a new start. One year on from entering rehab, the 27-year-old has told her story in a wide ranging interview with Stumped presenter, Alison Mitchell.
