Matt Varney has been involved in scouting all his life and been a Scout leader for over 6 years. It has taken him all over the world from marching with Zambian Scouts to chilling out with young people in Denmark. Matt received his Explorer Belt from Devon Scouting's Nichola Birch- The belt is one of the top awards in scouting. Matt and Nichola talked to Michael Chequer.
