Plans to close almost all of Sussex's ticket offices at our railway stations. Rail firms say just only 12% of tickets now bought over the counter. And instead - they want to move staff onto concourses to sell tickets for longer hours. Unions and disability and passenger groups are angry though - saying some customers just won't be able to travel independently any more. Katy Austin reports and Danny Pike gives your reaction.
