Matthew Bourne is hailed as the UK’s most popular and successful choreographer and director. Since 1986, Matthew has been creating and directing dance for musicals, theatre, film as well as his own highly successful, award-winning companies. He's also the creator of the world’s longest running ballet production. Now he's back in Leicester for the brand new tour of his production of 'Romeo and Juliet'. Matthew tells Aminata Kamara why he's thrilled to be back in Leicester, and what it's like to start at the beginning when creating a new production.
