Stroud MP Siobhan Baillie on closures of maternity services

Stroud MP Siobhan Baillie has told BBC Radio Gloucestershire that ongoing closures on maternity wards in the area are having 'devastating effects' on pregnant women. Stroud's sox postnatal beds have closed since September. The Trust say staff shortages mean they can't currently be reopened. She spoke to BBC Radio Gloucestershire's Mark Cummings.
