It's six months since Elizabeth II passed away in Balmoral Castle in Scotland. There are of course thousands upon thousands of images and statues of her, but Rutland is determined to have a permanent memorial to her. Sarah Furness, His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Rutland, is heading an appeal to fund a bronze statue.
