An Italian chef living and working in Leicestershire has been to Rome to collect an award for promoting his country's cuisine. Andrea Scarpati - who is head chef at the Sapori Restaurant in Anstey - went to the Italian capital to be appointed as an Ambassador of Taste. He told us it's an honour he takes very seriously:
