This weekend marks the start of the Chinese New Year. More than a billion people around the world are celebrating the Lunar New Year, and in China it is known as the Spring Festival or Chinese New Year. Leicester chef Kwoklyn Wan is launching a new collection of Chinese recipes called 'One Wok - One Pot' He's been telling Khush Sameja about how important food is when it comes to the celebrations.
