Claire Carter pays tribute to her mum

Claire's been away from BBC Radio Somerset for two months following the death of her mum, Heather. She went to stay with her for the last 12 days of her life so she could have her wish of dying at home. Claire says her mum had the best smile and was always thinking about other people.
