A new exhibition in Leicester marks the 50th anniversary since Ugandan Asians moved here. In 1972, our city became home for thousands as they attempted to flee the brutal dictator Idi Amin. From artefacts to photographs, the display at the Museum and Art Gallery in New Walk will run from today until December. Before the official launch Conor O'Grady went for a look.
