After the flooding from Storm Franklin - the clean up operation has now started in Matlock. At it's peak the river reached 4.6 metres high at 5am this morning - it's the third time in 3 years that town has experienced this kind of flooding. And there are calls for more support for businesses and local residents from central government. One of those calling for more help is Barry Lewis who's the Conservative Leader of Derbyshire County Council.
