Coventry City Council says it's "paying a fair wage" as a union is planning more strikes by bin lorry drivers. A complete walk out will now take place in February and March. Andrew Walster is Director of Street Scene and Regulatory Services at the council, and spoke to BBC CWR's Richard Williams at one of the waste drop off points set up in the City.
