Staff at Coventry's University Hospital have joined the Samaritans campaign #BrewMonday - encouraging people to talk about mental health. It's on the January Day often known as Blue Monday. UHCW's Chief People Officer Donna Griffiths talks to BBC CWR's Rich Williams about the importance of talking.
