The charity Guide Dogs has warned that illegal use of e-scooters across Leamington Spa poses a risk to trainee guide dogs. Leamington Spa has one of the largest guide dog training centres in the country, based on Warwick New Road, where over 250 guide dogs are trained each year. One of them, India, had a near miss with an e-scooter. CWR Breakfast with Phil Upton has been hearing about the charity's concerns, with our reporter Richard Williams on-site in Leamington.
