Pub manager Gavin Healy would like to reunite the rightful owner with the ornate urn. They have no idea if the ashes are that of a former customer and are unsure what do to with 'Steve', a name given to the urn for now. Workers at the city centre Flying Standard have no idea why the ornate container was delivered to them . All they know from security footage is that a man wearing a rucksack deliberately placed it right by their front door.
