Rebecca Vanni has been speaking to BBC CWR's Phil Upton about the organ donation that saved her life She has affectionately given her new liver the name 'Sid', in memory of the organ donor that allowed her to live. She says she thinks about her donor and their family every day and is very aware that in order for her to live, someone else lost their life. She encourages people to have conversations about organ donation with their loved ones when they can to avoid confusion during difficult times.
