A Cowes based sailing academy is trying to make up for lost time, by encouraging teenagers to take part in a 5-day residential programme. UKSA has launched its Sea.Change Foundation, which is designed for young people to experience a wide range of water-based yachting and watersports activities. And there’s also a classroom-based learning programme too for those looking for a career in the maritime sector. Chief Executive Ben Willows has been talking to BBC Radio Solent’s H2O podcast.
