City of Culture, pop up festival site

A pop up festival site called the Assembly Gardens is being built in the city centre for City of Culture. In what organisers are calling a "city centre oasis", the space near the Council House is being transformed into a festival hub, a place for entertainment with big performances spaces and street food vendors and bars. Phil Upton caught up with Operations Director Nik Whybrow at the start of the build to find out what is in store.
