Many of us will take a lot things for granted. Like being able to drive, cycle or spend time on a boat. But for those living with multiple sclerosis, the condition means that there's a barrier to overcome. But an MS charity based in the south aims to break those barriers down by taking crews out onto the water for a taster sailing session. BBC Radio Solent's Neil Sackley has been talking to some of those who have been sailing with Oceans of Hope UK.
