So, how do you feel about Stilton cheese on chips? The delicacy, which is traditionally made and has its name protected in the East Midlands, has been spotted on a menu, crumbled over chips at a chip shop in Minehead, Somerset. Now, a local chippy in Market Harborough has been inspired to try out the cheesy concoction after hearing about it on BBC Radio Leicester.
