If you have any rising MC's on your radar this year, Mulah better be amongst them. Born and raised in East London, her sharp, witty lyrics and contagious beats showcase an artist completely unafraid to be herself and put her best foot forward. Mulah is no stranger to the spotlight, having travelled the world as a public speaker and worked with some of the biggest corporations across the globe. And if that wasn't impressive enough, she ran for young mayor of Newham in 2012 and hosted an International Women's Day event at the Houses of Parliament in 2018. Moving beyond the political sphere, Mulah brings her oral delights to the London music scene with debut single 'Prosper'. It is no surprise that her sound draws inspiration from the likes of Lauryn Hill, Ms Banks and Tupac as she matches fairly minimalist hip-hop beats with punchy vocals bursting with personality.
