Recent research showed a sharp decline in the mental health of young carers during the pandemic. Krista Sharp is the CEO of the My Time Young Carers charity in Poole and had joined BBC Radio Solent's Dorset Breakfast presenter Steve Harris to tell him how video calls had added to their support they can give. Noella Green in Weymouth heard our story, and wanted to offer some help.
