Would you eat chicken grown in a lab?

Live Wires

Available for over a year

5 Live's Naga Munchetty speaks to Josh Tetrick, whose company Eat Just creates cultured meat from a chicken cell in a laboratory (pictured). It has just become the first company in the world to get a licence to sell its chicken nuggets to consumers in Singapore. It means people can stick "their fork in chicken that didn’t require killing a chicken or tearing down a forest", according to Josh. So how is it made, how much does it cost and what could a future featuring cultured meat look like? Naga finds out more.
