Irresponsible quad bikers are ruining some of Lincolnshire's bridleways and footpaths by using them for off-roading. The county council says the majority respect the countryside, but a minority are spoiling areas used by walkers. Chris Miller, from the authority, says it's a difficult issue to tackle.
