In the last Revisits of the series, Stacey reconnects with Angie and Sherry, a couple from America who adopted a little girl in 2013 through open adoption, which encourages the birth parents to choose the adoptive parents themselves and to stay in touch with their child as they grow up. Stacey also catches up with fathers Jonathan and Frank and their son Apollo.
