Government to get tough on migrants crossing English Channel

Home Secretary Priti Patel is promising tough action against the rising number of migrants who are using small boats to cross the English Channel. Around three and a half thousand people including pregnant women and children are known to have attempted the journey. Satbir Singh from the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants
