The 8th May 2020 marks the 75th anniversary of VE Day. Great celebrations had been planned but the outbreak of Covid 19 has put a stop to that. Sunday has been hearing from people who have memories of VE day from the UK and also from Jersey. The island was under occupation and liberation came a day later. Taking part are: The Rev Tony Dorling, Doreen Persahdean, John Barton and Barbara Weatherall.
