Rees-Mogg makes despatch box debut

Jacob Rees Mogg-has made his despatch box debut as the new Leader of the Commons. He was immediately heckled with a shout of "resign" from the opposition benches, but replied it was a bit early for that. The business he outlined for after the summer recess was mocked by Labour as being far from "an energised list" of things to do. Shelley Phelps reports.
