Available for over a year

What can you expect on exam day? What should you do the night before to make sure you perform at your best on the day? Dr. Radha is joined by exam survivor Safiya who managed to number her exam papers incorrectly, and left the exam in tears. Luckily by asking for help from a teacher she managed to sort things out! She’s learned to never be worried about asking for help on exam day. If you’re not sure what to do, ask someone. Things are never as bad as you think, and it’s ok to ask for help. Educating Yorkshire’s Mr. Burton also gives us the lowdown on what to expect on exam day - how to look after yourself the night before an exam, and advice on making sure you are ready to do your best. Mindfulness expert Richard Burnett will be bringing you the 90 second masterclass on keeping calm. He will talk through a breathing exercise you can do to stay relaxed the night before and the morning of the exam. We also hear from our exam survivors who offer some last minute top tips to help as you get ready to walk into the exam hall – good luck!
