For some, a love of gaming can spiral into addiction - and in 2018, for the first time, the World Health Organization officially designated gaming addiction as a disorder. Cam Adair is someone who knows just what that feels like. At his lowest point, growing up in Canada, Cam was playing video games for up to 16 hours a day. He has since founded Game Quitters, an online support network, which helps people in over 90 countries around the world. He speaks to Phil Williams alongside Andy Leach, a psychotherapist and accredited addictions counsellor, about how to break the cycle.
