Harry Biela runs his own bakery in Glasgow. He gets up early in the morning and bakes all the breads, scones and cakes that are sold in the shop during the day. He loves his job because it’s so creative, using different ingredients, designs and recipe ideas. He has a small team of people working with him, and lots of happy customers!
