Redknapp: Spurs 'better two years ago'

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has claimed that the club were 'better two years ago' when Danny Rose, Kyle Walker and Mousa Dembele were all in their pomp. Redknapp maintains faith though that Tottenham will 'regroup in the summer and will be strong again next year.' He dismissed rumours that Harry Kane could leave White Hart Lane, adding that for the England striker 'life is great where he is' and that he's the 'leader of the club' and is 'Tottenham through and through' From Sportsweek Sunday 3 March 2019
