The experience of black British leaders is reflected in an exhibition put together by Neil Kenlock. The Expectations Exhibition is a collection of black and white images exploring some of the main themes of leadership in the 1960's and the 1970's. UK Black's Devon Daley speaks to Neil Kenlock about the photos in the following interview
