Owner of Cardiff House of Fraser building 'already in talks with three hotels'

Nearly 440 Welsh jobs are under threat after department store House of Fraser announced the closure of its Cardiff and Cwmbran stores. Azeema Zaheer is CEO of Naissance Capital Real Estate, the private landlord which owns the building that House of Fraser - formerly Howells - currently occupies. Azeema told the Dot Davies programme that they weren't expecting a closure, but are in early discussions with three hotel chains about a future redevelopment of the building.
