The Ascot school girl told Sarah Walker how she became a household name, all while representing Great Britain as a triathlete. Louise Minchin, BBC Breakfast Presenter: "I used to live in Wokingham, and I used to work for Radio Berkshire, so it feels like I'm coming home. I remember it really vividly because it was my first job as a reporter. "Today I got up at 3.40am... "It helps me with my life because I feel so much better, and it helps me get out and do things. I suddenly started thinking, I'm not doing any exercise and I'm not seeing any light. "It just makes it so much easier to cope with that alarm call."
