The Labour Party have announced that they want to let tenants keep pets, as part of a new package of proposals on animal welfare. They argue that with more people renting in their thirties - and more animals ending up in shelters - the time is right for a change. But what would this lead to? Chris from Newport was amazed to see what his neighbours, who rented their property, had bought as their new pet.
