Tributes are being paid to the veteran Bollywood actor and producer Shashi Kapoor. He acted in huge hit films like Deewar and Kabhie Kabhie, and had been ill for some time and was in hospital. Kapoor died aged 79 at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in the western city of Mumbai.
