An employment tribunal has ruled in favour of a care home manager in Surrey who was sacked after she posted a photo of one of her residents on Facebook. Rachel Burns, from Reigate, admitted she'd made a number of mistakes in her use of social media, but she felt that dismissal was unfair after 21 years working for Surrey County Council.
