Historian Dan Gray tells the story of the Raith Rovers football team which was shipwrecked off the coast of North West Spain in 1923. The SS Highland Loch was carrying 13 players, management and directors of Raith Rovers football club to The Canary Islands at the end of the football season but the ship ran aground en route.
